We are looking for an Administrative Officer:
Must be proficient in MS Excel & Word Handle daily emails Daily Reporting Weekly Property Walkthroughs Oversee Maintenance Work Orders Scheduling vendors, maintenance, and staff Review monthly A/P and A/R accounting details of properties Document organization Assist in day-to-day activities of office and management Previous experience in real estate and property management is encouraged.
Chinese proficiency is preferred.
Looking for part-time or full-time position.
