00 an hour 7 hours ago 7 hours ago 7 hours ago The role of a Party Host/Games Master is to supervise our birthday parties, help with Laser Tag and other attractions as well as maintain our equipment to ensure maximum safety and the quality of our customer experience.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
a) be active and organized! b) Like to work with clients of all ages.
c) Explain game objectives and safety rules.
d) Meet KPIs.
e) Follow all policies, procedures, and Rules of Conduct and be flexible to meet customer needs.
f) Be flexible to meet customer needs g) Enrich client experience.
h) Provide warnings to customers who break the safety rules.
i) Contribute to overall maintenance of the Laser Tag arena and other areas of facility as needed.
j) Legal rights to work in the US.
k) Do cleaning l) Greet all customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
a) Excellent customer service skills b) Ability to talk comfortably to a group of 15-20 people c) Experienced PC user d) Legal rights to work in the US.
