Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
Ad Hoc assignments and projects given by the executive.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and SAGE.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
