We are a rapidly growing Pediatric Dental Practice with 15 locations across Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and Ventura County coming soon.
Please do not apply if you do not have a minimum of 4 years of Call Center Supervisor Experience or 2 years of Call Center Manager experience.

Prepare annual budget after estimating necessities, correcting overspending, analyzing cost variance, and scheduling expenses.
Summarize, collect, and analyze call center trends and data for regular performance reports.
Oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation.
Call for repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
Maintain consistent professional improvement through company-provided workshops, tracking call center trends, and active participation in team projects.
Desired Profile/Background A minimum of 2 years of Call Center Manager Experience preferred Must Love Working with Children Dental experience preferred Pediatric and Ortho experience a plus An upbeat personality is a MUST Outstanding communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus Job Type:
