Position Requirements:
Chinese speaking is a PLUS Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
Incredible communication skills Goal oriented Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets Position
Qualifications:
Must have 1 or2 years of experience High School Diploma or GED Excellent organizational and follow up skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Valid Driver license required and good driving record Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds Desire and ability to learn all things MB Prepared to do on-the-job training Strong character and work ethic Strong verbal and documentation skills Ability to maintain a professional appearance Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Excellent customer service skills and communication skills Dependable, responsible Team Player with a positive attitude Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently Job Type:
