Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area - Provide excellent customer support and address patient inquiries or concerns - Perform data entry tasks, including patient information and insurance details - Assist with administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and organizing documents - Support office management by maintaining office supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required) - Previous experience working in customer service is preferred - Strong typing skills with the ability to accurately type at least 40 words per minute - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact customers and staff - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Note:
