Responsibilities Enters new purchase orders as required.
Manage and record inventory with attention to detail and accuracy.
Product reconciliation, submission, payment, and cancellations.
Actively seek out and identify cost saving opportunities and presenting recommendations to management.
Monitor shop/office supplies, tooling usage and inventory levels and replenish as needed.
Communicate delivery discrepancies that may have occurred.
Review daily outbound schedules for errors and critical requests that may have been overlooked.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Post inventory onto accounting for 2 dealerships Post wholesales, dealer trades and other duties assigned.
Qualifications 1
years Automotive Experience Required.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience Two years of relevant experience.
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Experience in researching and ordering materials online Highly professional and dependable.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
