Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Create and execute marketing plans to promote afterschool tutoring, college admission assistance, and care programs.
Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, community outreach, and partnerships to maximize reach.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract students from K-12.
Collaborate with local schools, community centers, and educational institutions to build relationships.
Generate compelling content for promotional materials, social media, and the company website.
Work with design and content teams to ensure marketing materials are visually appealing and align with the brand.
Conduct informational sessions and presentations to highlight the benefits of our afterschool programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing and recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Passion for education and a commitment to promoting academic success.
