Schrieffer LLP is seeking a full-time receptionist for its West Covina office for immediate hire.
The ideal candidate will display a professional, friendly attitude and excellent communication and phone skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering, screening, and routing calls; Greeting clients and guests; Processing incoming mail and packages; Assisting Office Services Manager with various tasks; Maintaining calendar; Updating files; Assisting with recruiting and marketing; Helping with Firm events; Ensuring reception and other common areas are clean and organized; Other tasks as assigned.
Skills Required:
Ability to multi-task; Ability to take direction; Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office programs; Good attendance and communication skills are a must.
Prior law firm experience is preferred, but not required.
