We are seeking a dedicated and committed individual to join our tight knit team! We're a small staff but exteremely detail oriented, committed to creating relationships with our customers and bringing an enthusiastic attitude to the work place.
Duties:
- Assist customers with their purchases, provide product information, and offer recommendations - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Prepare and serve food and beverages, following proper food handling and safety guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including restocking shelves and cleaning work areas - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service - Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred - Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures - Familiarity with SQUARE POS - Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is desirable Job Type:
