Primary
Responsibilities:
Proactively approaches clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience Seeks out and absorbs knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends Participates in activities in assigned area(s) to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for the client Models strong beauty business values and culture Qualifications Beauty & cosmetics sales experience Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations Strong customer service skills Ability to perform makeup applications Familiarity with retail math and sales techniques Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish (preferred not required) Experience in product demonstrations Upselling skills Strong organizational and time management skills Previous experience in stocking and merchandising Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette Cash handling experience Strong communication and relationship building skills At this time, JCPenney does not anticipate closing this job opportunity.
