Director Risk Management
The candidate will be responsible for the facility's risk management activities, which include coordinating and managing claims against the facility, interfacing with defense legal counsel, administering the risk management program on a day-to-day basis, managing and analyzing risk management data, conducting risk management educational programs, and complying with all federal, state, accrediting and regulatory agencies risk-management-related standards and other regulatory standards, all with the objective of controlling and minimizing loss to protect the assets of the facility. Will be responsible for reviewing and formulating policy or organizational changes and making recommendations for final approval. Supports hospital-wide Performance Improvement activities.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
