Customer Service Representative
A local company has an immediate opening for an energetic and experienced Customer Service Representative.
The ideal applicant must have a high school diploma, previous customer service experience in a call center environment, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Duties include providing superior customer service at all times to all customers, creating and reviewing various reports as needed, and ensuring the validity of customer returns.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
