Duties:
Manage the SAP HRIS System and the HR Operations Team. Oversee a staff of 5 Position reports to the Sr. Director of HR. Partner with other areas of HR including; HR Generalists, Compensation/Benefits, Payroll and Recruitment. Lead the HR Operations team in planning and directing operational and HRIS activities. Provide critical human capital analytics and reporting. Recommend and design business process modifications and improvements. Train end users on the HRIS system.
Requirements:
Four year degree Functional experience with SAP HRIS YOU MUST HAVE THIS. 8 years, overall, HRIS experience Proficient in advanced excel or Access skills including pivot tables, V Look ups and advanced charting functions. SQL experience. Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
