Looking for experienced MB technician with a guarantee of 40 flag hours per week for 90 days Our company is expanding rapidly and we are looking to hire Experienced Mercedes Automotive Technicians to join our team.
You should have demonstrated experience as an auto mechanic on MB cars.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.
Position
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehiclesIdentify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipmentExplain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer servicePlan repair procedures using charts manuals and experienceTest the functionality of parts and systemsPerform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotationRepair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other partsPerform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehiclesPrepared to get additional certification as neededWillingness to learn with hands-on trainingHelp keep repair shop clean and organizedKeep a professional appearancePosition Requirements:
Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training requiredASE certifications requiredHold a valid driver licenseGraduated from an associate degree program in auto maintenance and repairAbility to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer serviceMust read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate recordsPerform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environmentMay lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience as a lube technician, or prepared to do on-the-job trainingUnderstanding of automotive air-conditioning systemsAbility to use the diagnostic equipmentExperience with heavy equipment and as a diesel mechanic, diesel engine knowledge, or prepared to do on-the-job trainingGood hand-eye coordination.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
