Vehicle Description Thank you for your interest in the 1928 Pontiac Landau Coupe.
This is a full off frame restoration and took 8 years to complete.
This is an 90% original vehicle with some upgrades to the brake system, cooling and fuel delivery.
All the work except the engine rebuild was done by me.
The wheels are original and run true.
The interior has the original seat frame with new cloth.
Small interior shelf added to decorate in the interior with the custom Indian head design.
The engine is original straight six with split heads and a manual transmission that is also original.
Updraft carb with electronic delivery system.
Electronic fan to keep it cool.
BMW brake system modified to mount to original brackets, so braking is a breeze over standard manual rod system.
All steering is original including the shock system for overall authenticity.
The car has an historic registration for CA.
A rare find with the original 4 Wheel Brake decal intact with original rivet mountings.
The car is a show stopper and took First Place in the Big Bear Fun Run car show on it's first outing for vintage car division.
Has over 12 total awards and most will be offered with the car at purchase.
A total of $1800 is included in the selling price to cover some of the freight to a destination.
The car does drive well and is not a trailer queen by any means.
